Groupe Allez: SouthWare Resellers on a Linux Mission
Atlanta, Georgia -- May 2, 2002. Groupe Allez LLC (spoken "group allay") announces its formation at the SouthWare® Dealer Conference 2002. Groupe Allez is a consortium of specialists with six years of open-source software development and implementation. The group's purpose is to sell, train in and support SouthWare and SouthWare compatible products on the Linux platform.

The members of the Groupe Allez consortium have six years of experience in the successful development, marketing, installation and support of integrated IT solutions based on the Linux platform. The group has successfully operated The Net Effect (www.theneteffect.com) as a software development and integration house, which they will continue to operate alongside Groupe Allez in order to serve non-accounting clients. The group has experience supporting enterprises as diverse as law firms, restaurants, automotive dealers and parts manufacturers, consumer product retailers and financial planners. The addition of SouthWare to Groupe-Allez's offerings will provide accounting software compatible with the Linux operating system.

Groupe Allez already has a Linux-based software module under development for SouthWare, AuthLink, a credit card processing software application built for the Linux platform that can be integrated with SouthWare. AuthLink uses an Internet connection to process credit card transactions through major Internet Payment Gateways and other certified networks.
